Hello PCCI Friends!
During the last week of February, we diverted 375.1lbs of food residuals, totaling 1,444.4lbs in February 2022. This represents an increase of 77% compared to the same month of last year. Thank you for all your participation!
We are proud to announce that PCCI has created a Flipboard. For those who are unfamiliar with Flipboard, it is a news-zine website and application similar to Pinterest but is focused on news articles. We have created three of these magazines:
1) Composting Tech and Processes
2) Food Waste Policy and Trends
3) Lifecycle Living (about sustainability through recycling and reuse to minimize waste)
